Part 2
So what about me? What is my background?
I am full time a videographer and script writer. I make my living at it. Am I rich and famous? No… but can I pay my bills and support a family that includes 4 kids? Yes.
So I’m not promising you fame and fortune, but I will share how I became a filmmaker and scriptwriter who makes a living at it.
It took about 10 years and it was a gradual process but I didn’t go to film school. I did take a few classes but I mostly learned by doing and learned from other filmmakers.
ASSIGNMENT 2: What is your background? What have you done so far?
Share anything you have done, but it’s okay if you don’t have anything yet. This class is for beginners. Post in the discussion anything you’ve helped with, this includes being an extra. Please share links to any videos you have been involved with and if you have been an extra in a bigger movie, you can post a trailer for that movie. Being an extra is a good experience so feel free to share what you learned from that as well.
